Functioning similarly to a "large blow dryer," these kits distribute heated air directly into the ductwork. They are particularly beneficial in emergency situations, such as when the heat pump is temporarily out of service or when outdoor temperatures plummet to extreme lows. Although not as energy-efficient as heat pumps, heat kits are intended for short-term use as needed, ensuring reliable comfort in challenging conditions.
